The Glasshouse

A special little space serving artisanal toast and coffee, inside Singapore's iconic, beautifully restored Chijmes precinct.

If you don’t like toast or coffee, don’t come here. But if you do, this is the kind of place you’ll not want anyone else to know about.

Super minimalist in design and its offering, this place is especially beautiful in the early morning. Sunshine streams through the glass walls, bouncing off the bountiful greenery, and sweet pastel interiors contrasting the rustic concrete floor.

The coffee is very good, the toast is artisanal sourdough. The staff are sweet, the kind that are keen to impress.

This is a true hidden gem, and the perfect place to get lost in deep conversation with friends.
