These lovely ladies offer a range of boot camps, beach retreats and running groups around Singapore. They keep their classes small, capped at 16 per class.
Classes are varied, high energy, fun and will definitely get you sweating! Momentum specialises in strength and interval training and uses free weight and body weight exercises to increase your strength and cardiovascular fitness.
