Named after one of the classiest classics in the world, the pickled onion martini, Gibson presents uncompromising quality on cocktails, hospitality and interior design. Housed in a beautifully restored shophouse in the Bukit Pasoh neighbourhood, this is a firm favourite for a classy night out.
Making Asia’s Best 50 Bars List again in 2018, every mixup takes inspiration from the region. The current menu features conconctions featuring South East Asian flavours, Japanese-inspired tastes, and of course Gibson classics like the Old Fashioned and Super-Cassis Boulevardier.
The food here is excellent too, with seafood featuring heavily. A fresh, daily selection of oysters, tuna carpaccion and the two-tier seafood platter were our standouts.
