Eat Train Love offers a range of services including one on one and small group Personal Training, pre/post natal fitness and group fitness classes; as well as nutrition and wellness coaching.

Group class schedule includes outdoor bootcamps, boxing and HIIT, yoga, pilates and barre (Barre Body method).

Founder Cheryl Lin is also one of the few specialized plant based nutrition coaches and personal trainers in Singapore.
