Curious Palette

A coffee-loving Instagrammer's paradise, by the guys behind Strangers Reunion. Minimalist vibes, really good breakfasts and most importantly, excellent coffee.

Great little tucked away cafe in Prinsep Street (in the Dhouby Ghaut ‘hood). The interiors here are that chic, grey minimalist type with polished concrete, exposed wood and clean lines. Those familiar with Stranger’s Reunion will experience a major sense of déjà vu.

And the similarities don’t stop there; the menu features some of Stranger’s Reunions old favourites, like the Buttermilk Waffles, the Magic Coffee and Berry Ricotta Hotcakes (our favourite!)

But really its all about the coffee here. These guys are the current World Siphon Coffee Champion, and thrice winners of Singapore’s National Barista and Latte Art Championships.

Come here for a casual all-day breaky on weekends (beware it gets packed after 9am), or a quiet mid-week coffee.
