Irish Chef Andrew Walsh is owning Keong Saik right now with his OG Cure, as well as its hot little brother Butcher Boy a few doors down. Self-described as "unpretentious fine dining", Cure is an upmarket neighbourhood-style bistro where everything seems to hit the mark.

This place stands out to the passerby; its slick exterior and sweet little shutters are reminiscent of some of our favourite London restaurants. The interior is just as cool, but retains that casual unstuffiness that is characterstic of some of Singapore’s hottest spots right now.

The food is excellent. In fact, every single dish was memorable, elegantly composed and featuring innovative and creative flavours without being over the top. There are 3 different tasting menus to choose from, with a dedicated vegetarians menu as well.

The wine list is very well curated, and featured some of our favourites. The service is outstanding; personal without being obtrusive.

A night here is not cheap, but it is well worth it. A solid choice for a business lunch or a great night out with friends.
